Visiting Artist Payment & Travel Request Form
In order to receive payment for services, payees must register as a vendor in PaymentWorks. Payees will receive an invitation to payment works after an introductory e-mail has been sent from the requestor. PaymentWorks is an easy to access and easy to use Web-based portal to which The Johns Hopkins Enterprise will invite vendors to manage the majority of their information within our SAP Vendor Database. Once invited, vendors can update their address and banking information. PaymentWorks generally takes no longer than a week to approve once the vendor has submitted all necessary information. Vendors must also verify their mailing address to process payment. Please use the form below to indicate the services provided. For vendors providing services over a period of time, an additional short form may be needed. To ensure timely payment of your visiting artist or speaker, please begin this process prior to their visit!
